It is through strong partnerships and collective action that we are able to make a meaningful and lasting impact on poverty and injustice.
We collaborate closely with civil society organizations, women’s rights groups, youth networks, faith-based and community groups, as well as government institutions, the private sector, foundations, and other non-governmental organizations. In addition, we stand in allyship with organizations and movements that share our common purpose and commitment to social change.
Our relationships with partners are grounded in mutual respect and recognition of each party’s unique contributions. They are guided by a shared vision, common values, and a commitment to advancing justice and equality. We uphold the principle that each partner operates with autonomy and independence, supported by clearly defined roles and responsibilities. At the same time, we prioritize joint learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
We hold ourselves accountable to these principles and actively welcome accountability from our partners and the communities they serve, ensuring transparency, trust, and integrity in all that we do.
